i was there for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant at all the service at their restaurant. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and an electric kettle too. its personnel was friendly and amicable, nothing too much trouble.

Everything was fantastic.

The location of the hotel, just a short distance from Iouanaceraecoexcursion, was very convenient. the twin/double room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony. - We loved the exceptionally nice breakfast served at the hotel. - Check-in process was smooth and efficient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff people were nice and very friendly and helpful. The location high on a hill overlooking Fort de France was impressive, providing a good view from the top of the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in a hotel, and the staff on duty were always willing to get anything we asked for. The room was well maintained and cleaned everyday without fail. The hotel facilities, including the roof vanishing pool and roof garden, were great. The large rooms were also a plus. In addition, there was an excellent patisserie across the street at the corner.

The breakfast was outstanding, with attentive and accommodating staff. Evening meals were enjoyable, with a well-maintained room and friendly cleaning staff. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, a credit to the hotel chain. Good location, close to city center and nightlife.

Couldn't stay longer.

Good dinner, inventive food. Prix fixe menu for 37 euros. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Rooftop view was best. Friendly staff, close to shopping areas. Would stay again, recommend to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Firstly, the location on top of a hill overlooking the city was stunning. The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the comforts I needed, including very comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast had a good assortment of options and was included in the price.

No major issues, all was absolutely fine during my stay.

A Convenient Transit Stopover

Arriving in Martinique after a long flight, my wife and I chose this hotel for a quick stopover before continuing our journey. Despite the recent hurricane, the hotel was undamaged and clean. The air conditioning was excellent, and our room was spacious with a good-sized bathroom. Although the hotel was a bit shabby in some areas, it didn't impact our comfortable stay.

The hotel staff were helpful, though somewhat indifferent. The only downside was the road noise due to the hotel's location above a main road, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

The free breakfast and shuttle service were appreciated during my business trip. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient.

The room was damp and smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was advertised but didn't work during my entire stay, which made it difficult to stay in touch with clients.

Although it is not as centrally located to the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel's internet service was unreliable and often disconnected.
